About us

You are probably familiar with what we are building at CoreCast, but did you know we also provide direct analyst services and institutional-grade, excel-based financial models?

In June 2024, I started The Fractional Analyst as a way to provide on-demand analyst services in the real estate industry. Friends and colleagues reached out and asked if I would provide analyst work for them similar to what I was doing for DR Horton and my prior employers. I had a choice between the W2 and doing my own thing and well… here I am.

After 16 months, we have grown to a team of four analysts, three partners, a designer and five software engineers. I’m grateful for the progress and excited about what 2026 holds for our growing community.

We’re preparing to release our first production-ready workflows by year-end, giving real estate professionals a faster, smarter, and more reliable way to manage deals and communicate with stakeholders.
