Debt Module: Add Four Loan Types

• Construction loans
• Assumable loans

Underwriting Zero State Almost Complete

The underwriting section’s “zero state” is nearly finished. This is what a user sees when no data has been added yet, and we’ve made it feel clean, intentional, and helpful — not sad and empty like your inbox on a Friday afternoon. It’s designed to guide users confidently as they begin underwriting deals. Even the placeholder text and prompts are working overtime to make onboarding smooth.

Pre-Seed Raise: Almost Done

Our pre-seed equity raise is nearly complete. We’re grateful to the CoreCast team members, early customers, and outside investors — especially those with deep real estate and PropTech expertise — who’ve joined us. Once the round closes (expected in the next 45–60 days), our in-house engineering team will kick off full-stack development at a whole new pace.
