Smarter Integrations on the Way

We are actively working towards integrations with other common property management software platforms. These integrations will allow CoreCast to automatically pull your property's historical financial data into the platform, so you can jump straight into underwriting without tracking down old spreadsheets. If you have a preferred property management provider, we’d love to hear from you—drop us a note!

For new acquisitions and for general file upload, you will be able to upload your excel, pdf, json, or other files; CoreCast will read the file, tell you what it found, and ask you to approve what it is writing into your projections.

Real-Time Insights as You Underwrite

We know the underwriting process is all about speed and clarity. That’s why each section in our underwriting module—revenue, expenses, valuation, and more—now includes a dynamic sidebar that displays outputs in real time. Building Momentum
Our full-time engineer is slated to start in the coming weeks, pending the close of our first pre-seed funding and final onboarding. Once they are in, we will accelerate our rollout of new features as we head toward the official Q3 beta launch.
