Research & Development Phase

As you may have noticed, April is here! We are thrilled to start letting our pre-order customers see the power CoreCast will have.

Functionally, you can’t do much. The purpose of this phase is for you to be able to provide direct feedback about how the app is developing and help shape it’s future.

To do so, schedule some time with Jared Stoddard for a one-on-one meeting where he will pull up CoreCast in its prototype environment, walk you through it, and ask for your input on what you like/don’t like so far.

Rest assured, your 4 months included clock has NOT started ticking yet. For those waiting to get in and actually start inputting your portfolio details, we expect you will be able to do that soon.

As you may recall, we are raising a pre-seed round to help accelerate development. We are just about finished with that process, have started calling in capital, and expect to be able to bring one of our three contract software engineers in-house shortly while the other two continue in their current capacity.

Looking broadly, as you will see if you schedule some time with Jared, CoreCast is coming along well. We are taking great lengths to ensure that when people come in, it is a great experience. That does unfortunately mean that the front-end development time goes longer than any of us would like. We appreciate your patience.

Your Personal Analyst

As we think more about what CoreCast is for (who it will serve, what processes it will speed up, etc.) the tagline “Your Personal Analyst” really starts to shine.

Here is a reminder of the product roadmap:

  • Underwrite anything!

    • All major asset classes; most niches

    • Across the risk spectrum

    • ADUs, Add/Subtract density

    • SSO with property management systems, market data providers, etc.

    • Potential B2B partnerships between CoreCast and these providers to bring you data you may not have access to (in discussions)

    • Document upload with read/write into relevant areas of the platform

  • Pipeline manager - Kahnban/Map

  • Portfolio rollup

  • Investor manager and Investor Portal

  • One-Click reports (tied into popular LLMs for deep market research)

  • Construction manager

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) for user interactivity

Visually, most of the above is ready for you to see. Functionally, we have quite the road ahead of us! Closing our pre-seed round will go a long ways to get us to a full beta version in Q3. Along the way, we really appreciate the support from our preorder customers as we continue to build.

We are incorporating all of these pieces of feedback and so much more into CoreCast. It’s because of you, our users, that CoreCast is going to completely change the way we analyze, manage, and outperform in our real estate investments.
