CoreCast Progress Update

In the last week, CoreCast has made it out of mockups and into a cloud environment! Pre-order customers can schedule a private demo or wait for a recorded version coming in the next few weeks.

We expect that in the coming weeks, we will be ready to let you into CoreCast to upload your assets and start receiving insights on your portfolio.

As a reminder, this is the very early stage of CoreCast. Every couple weeks, we will push an update through the application, gearing up for the Official Beta Launch expected this summer ahead of the Official V1 launch Q1 2026.

Pipeline Tracker

Our one-click reports make it easy to generate and share clean, organized updates with key stakeholders, removing the hassle of manual reporting.

Underwriting

CoreCast’s Underwriting module allows investors to analyze deals in minutes with pre-built templates, customizable assumptions, and real-time scenario modeling. Tweak financing terms, expense projections, and exit assumptions dynamically—no more broken Excel models or waiting for formulas to update.

To streamline reporting, one-click performance reports provide a clear, shareable snapshot of property performance for lenders, partners, and stakeholders. CoreCast ensures investors spend more time making decisions and less time formatting spreadsheets.

Portfolio

CoreCast’s Portfolio module provides a centralized dashboard to track financials, operations, and investor updates at a glance. Automated data feeds pull in real-time rent collections, expenses, and loan balances, replacing outdated spreadsheets with live portfolio insights.

Users will be able to sync their existing property management systems into CoreCast. This ensures valuation models stay up to date with actual property performance, allowing investors to make better, data-driven decisions with confidence.
