Beta lite - get ready!
First users receiving access by April 1, 2025
What’s going on?
Yesterday, we launched the beta sign ups for CoreCast – our real estate intelligence platform.
The first several spots were taken by you guys, so thank you! One reoccurring theme we heard from people who were still deciding is they would like to see something sooner than the original Q3 timeline.
We are far enough along in the development process that we can deliver the multifamily underwriting module within the next 6 weeks
What should be ready by April 1, 2025?
The database housing the core underwriting calculations is ready today, pending final checks. We are now overlaying the front-end user experience you saw on the initial landing page.
By April 1, 2025, we anticipate you will be able to underwrite simple multifamily acquisitions including operations, acquisitions, and disposition detail.
We are actively working on the other major asset classes – office, retail, industrial, and single-family – and very well may have these ready at this time.
Additionally, the prototype versions for the pipeline manager and portfolio manager should be ready around this time too.
What should be ready by Q3 2025?
This is the real beta we are getting excited about! By Q3 2025, CoreCast will be in the early stage of being your real estate intelligence solution.
The underwriting modules should be fully fleshed out with development and more niche underwriting coming soon.
In addition, we anticipate to have the full portfolio and pipeline managers, shown below:
What are the plans ahead of the official Launch Version?
Between Beta Lite (April 1), official Beta (Q3 2025), and the official Launch (Q1 2026), we will be hiring software engineers, designers, and a marketing team to enable us to iterate at lightning speed.
The official launch will include additional asset classes and development capability (we may get to development earlier), one-click presentations, market data integration, file sharing, investor relations, construction management, 3rd party integrations with your favorite software, transaction templates, and so much more.
